An Engagement, A Love and A True Marriage

The weather was slightly cold (an understatement, I was freezing!) But, this couple was ready to go and move forward.  I recommended one of my favorite beaches to take some pics for their engagement, not because of prestigious waters or the white sand but there was a historic fort that added to the beauty of this beach.  We got there and to my dismay, the fort was in repair~ 'What?!' Taylor and Emily could care less. They smiled and when I said 'can we go behind the no trespassing tape to take some pics' they were more than happy to ablige.  They were so happy go lucky that our whole shoot revolved around us bantering back and forth.  Now that is a great friendship/love (taking me out of the equation)!...Joking, laughing and including others in such a great love, makes a great couple. Not to mention their love and respect for a Maker that is greater than anything, even greater than the history of a small beach and fort (under construction mind you).  A bond like that is hard to find.  Here are a couple of my favs from that day with the lovely Emily and oh so nice Taylor....Enjoy and I hope all had a wonderful hallmark day, ahem, Valentine's Day!!
