6 months on the beach.

This little man is so sweet...I have to say, for awhile I did baby beach/wedding beach and wanted to find something different, so I was cool with folks asking to photograph elsewhere, for awhile. Then Katie, asked for a beach photoshoot. It actually was a breath of fresh air and though babies wonder what in the world they are sitting on and decide to eat it(sand with dismay when it goes in their mouths), I forgot how much I love beach photoshoots.  There is so much more than ocean, and though lil Charlie at 6 months had a lot of posing with him, cousin(which I really enjoyed!!), and mom and dad, I loved the opportunities, we could have done much more but little people get hungry and want to sleep (who said that it was me?!)  Thanks Charlie for a great photoshoot, these are my first few I found!

Cousins, so close in age and seemingly bestfriends!

And 'There is a Friend that Sticks Closer than a Brother'

When we get together we always end up crying, most times in laughter.  These pictures below are not of just folks that I met or have known for the past ten years, these are folks I have known for really all of my life (exception, Hudson, forgive him, he has only been around for a year and a half).  I have enough memories and quotes of these ladies to write a novel, A NOVEL!!!  As I write this lil blog, I know most of our memories I could add are extremely humorous (or at least we think so) BUT I can't help but get a bit sentimental...I haven't lived but a year and half without them....seriously, the only time I was away from the Williams/Kosfeld trio (new last names Qualls/Peters) was my stint in Texas.  They are family, they have been there for me as much as a family would, I eat holiday dinners with them (ha! I actually do).  Even their cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family seem like family to me...  I look at these pictures as I edit and can't help but think how thankful I am for them. God truly has blessed not only me but anyone who has the opportunity to be around them. These ladies couldn't be more wonderful in all they do. And through their own lives/trials I can see God has blessed them as well immensely...one being the first of a new generation, Hudson Michael. What a beautiful group of ladies, and even more the families they have made!! Here are a few from that day.

About Me

There is so much joy and love in life, its not always perfect but its there. At any opportunity that comes my way, at any stage of life I feel blessed to be able to capture it. Capturing your lives as they are now touches me. It shows strength through trials, love for family, joy for celebration, the beauty of growth and the fun in just everyday relationships. With that being said, I love what I do and have a blast doing it! Visit my website www.jessieophotography.com
