The Kind-Hearted Kind

There is alot to be said when your first impression of someone is 'what a kind-hearted person'. That was the first thing that went through my mind when I met the bride AND groom. They offered us water when we got there, let us boss them around, they made sure they were on time so there would be plenty of time for pictures, and they did all of this with a smile on their face. Really, it was because of the excitement of their wedding day, but boy were they great!! Here are a few from that day!

They met over a game of kickball. No really. They did. Both with playful personalities, struck up a great friendship which quickly followed by a great love. I was blessed to have had the opportunity to help Sarah with this shoot! It was above and beyond what I expected. Not just because Florida got the most wonderful cold front on this day, no. BUT, because these two were so VERY MUCH in love with each other. She was happy to have his hand in hers and he was grateful that she was in his life. Best of luck for these two!!

Goin to the chapel

We walked into the ladies room. Everyone was dressed and ready to go (except the bride of course), all that was left to do was to put on her dress of the day, most likely the most extravagant dress she will wear in her life. She was beaming, excited to see her soon to be husband, excited to be 'merrreeeddd' :). After she slipped on her dress, a lil song started...first her then it became a singsong amongst the ladies....'goin to the chapel and we're gonna get marr rr rr ee d'. Excitement, was the word of the day, along with happiness and love. It was a pleasure working with Sarah this fine Saturday...here are a couple of pictures I captured throughout the day. Lettuce Lake and a family

I recently had the pleasure meeting up with a family that was as tight as a triple knot shoelace. That was a horrible comparison, I know, but they are really a close knit family. We met up on a HHOOTTT afternoon to have this family shoot, and I was very impressed with how wonderful they were with one another, their biggest concern being 'memaw'. We had a lot of fun at Lettuce Lake Park, here are a few that I started to edit!
